We guide our clients through the construction process to ensure both a pleasant and successful experience.

Often, home and building owners find the construction process challenging because of their limited experience with the process. However, their frustration is most frequently a result of poor project management by contractors which leads to missed expectations and increased costs.

Harmoni Designs’ and Harmoni Build’s experience and professional know-how provide direct support and personal guidance to building owners which leads to more desirable project outcomes and an overall higher client satisfaction rate.

We integrate our broad construction and technical design experience with our deep knowledge of, and passion for green design. We assist building owners in making decisions for “greening their home or commercial building” which result in healthier places to live and work in while saving energy and contributing to the overall well-being of our planet.

The objective for most residential additions is to make it look as if it was there from the beginning. To fit seamlessly in with the style and forms of the existing home. Accomplishing this is an art form that we master through extensive design and construction experience.
